利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、HKraft Labs（以下「当方」といいます）が提供するウェブサイトおよびソフトウェア（以下「本サービス」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本サービスを利用することにより本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. 適用範囲
本規約は、本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。各アプリケーションについては、別途のエンドユーザーライセンス契約またはストアの利用規約がある場合、当該規約が優先します。
2. 知的財産権
本サービスおよびそれらを構成するコンテンツに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者は、当方の事前の書面による承諾なく、本サービスのコンテンツを複製、転載、改変、頒布することはできません。
3. 禁止事項
利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本サービスのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
- 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為、または他の利用者に不利益を与える行為
- 本サービスを通じて取得した情報の不正利用
4. 免責事項
当方は、本サービスの内容について正確性、完全性、特定目的適合性、その他一切の保証を行いません。本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。
当方は、本サービスの利用または利用不能により利用者に生じた損害について、当方に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。
特に、本サービスを研究・実験等に利用したことによる結果（試薬調製、機器操作、データ解釈を含むがこれに限らない）の責任は、当該利用者が負うものとします。利用者は、本サービスの結果を実験等に適用する前に、自らの責任で内容を検証する必要があります。
5. サービスの変更・停止
当方は、利用者への事前通知なく、本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を停止することができます。
6. 本規約の変更
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の本規約は、当ウェブサイト上に掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。
7. 準拠法および管轄裁判所
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関連して生じた紛争については、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website and software (the “Services”) provided by HKraft Labs (“we”, “us”). By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all use of the Services. Individual applications may be subject to additional end-user licence agreements or store terms, which take precedence where they apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this site.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our place of business.
