HKraft Labs（以下「当方」といいます）は、当方が提供するウェブサイトおよびソフトウェア（以下「本サービス」といいます）における利用者の情報の取扱いについて、本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。
1. 取得する情報
当方が運営するウェブサイト (https://hkraftlabs.com) では、利用者から個人情報を直接取得することはありません。アクセス解析および Cookie は使用していません。
当方が提供する各アプリケーションにおいては、原則として個人を識別可能な情報をサーバーに送信・保存することはありません。アプリ固有の情報取扱いについては、各アプリのストア掲載ページに記載するプライバシー情報を参照してください。
アプリ内課金は Apple / Google の決済基盤で処理され、当方がクレジットカード情報等の決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。一部のアプリ（コードモンスターズ など）には、ユーザーが作成したコンテンツ（ゲーム内の作品データなど）を共有できる機能があります。共有されるのはゲーム内のデータのみで、氏名等の個人情報は含まれません。不適切なコンテンツの通報・非表示機能と、下記の連絡先による通報窓口を提供しています。
2. 第三者サービスの利用
当方のアプリケーションが、広告配信、クラッシュレポート、解析等の目的で第三者サービス（例: Google AdMob、Google Analytics for Firebase、Apple App Analytics 等）を利用する場合があります。これらのサービスは、それぞれの提供者のプライバシーポリシーに従って、デバイス識別子・利用状況等の情報を取得することがあります。
特に Google AdMob を利用するアプリでは、広告配信のために広告識別子（IDFA を含む）、デバイス識別子、利用状況・広告との接触データ、および大まかな（粗い）位置情報が収集される場合があります。これらの情報は第三者広告および分析の目的で利用され、他社が所有する他のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだトラッキング（追跡）に使用されることがあります。iOS では、アプリの初回起動時にトラッキングの許可（App Tracking Transparency）を求めます。許可しない場合でもアプリのすべての機能はご利用いただけますが、表示される広告はパーソナライズされません。
該当する場合、利用している第三者サービスの一覧および各社のポリシーへのリンクを、対象アプリのストア掲載ページまたはアプリ内に明示します。
3. 情報の利用目的
取得した情報は、本サービスの提供・改善、不具合の調査、利用統計の把握、利用者からのお問い合わせ対応のためにのみ使用します。
4. 情報の第三者提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を利用者本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。
5. 情報の管理
取得した情報は、不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改ざんおよび漏洩等を防止するため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
6. 子どもの個人情報
当方は、本サービスを通じて 13 歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。
一部のアプリ（コードモンスターズ など）は子ども向けに設計されています。これらのアプリでは、広告は常に非パーソナライズで配信され、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報を収集しません。また、購入やコンテンツの公開などの操作の前には保護者向けの確認（ペアレンタルゲート）を表示します。
7. データの削除
当方のアプリケーションに関して収集されたデータ（アプリ内で公開したコンテンツや識別子を含む）の削除をご希望の場合は、下記お問い合わせ先（support@hkraftlabs.com）までご連絡ください。内容を確認のうえ、合理的な期間内に削除に対応します。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の本ポリシーは、当ウェブサイト上に掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

HKraft Labs (“we”, “us”) provides this Privacy Policy to describe how information is handled in connection with our website and software (the “Services”).
1. Information we collect
Our website at https://hkraftlabs.com does not directly collect personal information from visitors. It does not use cookies or analytics scripts.
Our applications generally do not transmit or store personally identifiable information on our servers. App-specific handling of information is described on each application’s store listing.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple / Google; we never receive or store payment details. Some of our apps (such as Code Monsters) let users share content they created in the game (such as in-game creations). Only game data is shared — no personal information such as names is included. We provide in-app reporting/hiding of inappropriate content and a report contact below.
2. Third-party services
Our applications may use third-party services for purposes such as advertising, crash reporting, and analytics (e.g. Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Apple App Analytics). These services may collect device identifiers and usage data under their own privacy policies. When applicable, we disclose the list of third-party services used by each application on its store listing or in-app information.
In particular, apps that use Google AdMob may collect the advertising identifier (including IDFA), device identifiers, usage and advertising-interaction data, and coarse (approximate) location to serve ads. This data may be used for third-party advertising and analytics, including tracking across other apps and websites owned by other companies. On iOS, we request tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) the first time the app launches. All features remain available if you decline, but the ads shown will not be personalized.
3. Purpose of use
Any information we receive is used solely for providing and improving the Services, investigating defects, understanding aggregate usage, and responding to inquiries.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not disclose information to third parties without user consent, except as required by law.
5. Information security
We take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, alteration, and disclosure.
6. Children’s information
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through the Services.
Some of our apps (such as Code Monsters) are designed for children. In these apps, ads are always served non-personalized, we do not collect personal information such as names or email addresses, and a parental gate is shown before purchases or publishing actions.
7. Data deletion
To request deletion of data collected in connection with our applications (including content you have published in an app and associated identifiers), please contact us at support@hkraftlabs.com. We will verify and process your request within a reasonable period.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates become effective when posted on this site.
